Christmas Parade – A Sparkling Holiday Tradition
November 28 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Kick off the holiday season with the magic of Cambridge Main Street’s Christmas Parade, a cherished community tradition that brings festive cheer to the heart of downtown. Enjoy beautifully decorated floats, marching bands, community groups, performers, and a special appearance by Santa Claus as the parade lights up the streets with holiday spirit.
Each year features a unique theme — the 2026 theme is A Red, White & Blue Christmas. We encourage entries to interpret as they wish to make this theme fun and unique! Decide if you are “dreaming of a white Christmas”, or maybe you are going to have a “blue, blue Christmas” this year! Have fun and participants can expect a joyful celebration filled with creativity, excitement, and memorable moments for all ages. Families, friends, and neighbors gather along the route to share in the wonder of the season and support the many local organizations who make this event shine.
Bundle up, bring the whole family, and join us for an evening of holiday magic in downtown Cambridge!
